Scheduling Patients

We are accepting new patients and referrals. Please call us at 517-367-1200 with any questions or to schedule a consultation. We are having success with scheduling appointments within a reasonable time frame and are doing our best to accommodate patients. We know that many of you had to delay getting your dental issues addressed and we are ready to help you.

Additional Safety Measures

Your health and safety is very important to us. We have implemented increased infection control protocols to our practice procedures. As dental professionals, we have had extensive training in infection control throughout our education and career and have always set high standards in our office to maintain a sanitary and safe environment for employees and patients. The current situation calls for some extra measures which we have put into place to help keep employees and patients healthy.

Below are only a few of the extra measures we are taking:

We have expanded our HEPA air filtration and purification system in our office. We have the same system that was chosen for use in the Javits Coronavirus Field Hospital in NYC. Our system covers the square footage of the entire office. An air filtration unit is in each treatment room, the hallway and the waiting room. One unit can turn over the entire air in 1250 square feet in 30 minutes. This air purification system allows us to clean the air in the (approximately 140 square foot) treatment rooms between every patient by alternating the use of rooms.

Appointment times are being scheduled to prevent patients from encountering each other in our office. This will be managed by staggered appointments and/or having patients wait in their car until they are instructed to enter.

We are screening all employees and patients by asking them to tell us whether they are experiencing any potential symptoms of Covid-19, such as cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or fever before entering our office and at arrival.
